Wow the world is really a mess right now. There is another war in the Middle East. This one is a little different though, moderate leaders while are not supporting Israel have condemned the actions of Hezbollah. This is a major shift in thinking and one that is a de facto recognition of Israel by Saudi Arabia. Things in Gaza are going to hell too. Second, bush has officially used his first veto. Today he vetoed a bill from the senate that would allow federal funds for embryonic stem cell research. Here are some facts that the 700 Club fans may not know. First, embryos that are not used for researched are destroyed. Second, this research has a great potential to cure many life threatening medical problems. So Mr. Bush is not saving any unborn babies, and he isn’t helping in saving people with cancer. America continues to be bogged down in Iraq, with no end in site and our allies leaving a fast as they can. Major heat wave is crawling across Europe and America killing people and knocking out air conditioners. Cubs still suck.
